  • Creating the container for choosing nourishing thoughts.
  • Reframing past challenges into opportunities for Love. 
  • Curating a list of Loving Thoughts to carry in your heart-mind at all times. 
  • Energizing the virtue of Loving Kindness and offering it up to the world around us.

How to prepare for this event:

I recommend you to be in a private, undistracted space, where you feel comfortable for inner exploration. Please have a journal and a pen handy. We’ll also have a Q&A session towards the end.
